Privacy Policy — BioPharmaStock Mobile App

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how BioPharmaStock ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the BioPharmaStock mobile app on iOS and Android.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, first and last name, and phone number when you create an account.
• Camera: used to capture trade evidence photos for the Elite investment program and to share images in community chat. We do not use the camera for any other purpose.
• Photo library: used to upload existing photos as trade evidence or in chat.
• Microphone: used to record and send voice messages in community chat.
• Push notification data: a device push token is stored so we can deliver notifications about your ideas/signals, chat messages, and account updates.
• Usage data: we log which screens you visit within the app to understand usage and improve the product. This data is used internally only and is not shared with third parties.

Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to ours:

• Firebase (Google) — used to deliver push notifications to Android devices.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google to create or access your account.
• Apple Sign In — if you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive the information Apple provides (your email, and your name on first sign-in) to create or access your account.
• Cloudinary — a secure file-storage provider used to store images, voice messages, and documents you upload.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. When you delete your account:

• Your personal information (name, phone number, sign-in credentials) is removed from our active systems.
• A minimal record that an account existed and was deleted, and when, is kept internally for record-keeping purposes.
• Content tied to services you used (such as subscription or Elite program transaction history) may be retained as required for accounting and legal purposes, but is no longer linked to your identifying information.

Children's Privacy

BioPharmaStock is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our app provides financial and investment-related content and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Investment Disclaimer

BioPharmaStock provides research, signals, and insights for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide personalized financial advice. All investment decisions are your own responsibility, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

Your Rights
